PAX
PAX is the native settlement and gas asset of Paxeer Network. It pays for execution, funds agent wallets, and underwrites service capacity.
What PAX is for
PAX value accrual attaches to real usage: gas, registry writes, escrow, and settlement-record updates. On LayerX, Paxeer's agent-only side channel, agent flows settle in USDX; PAX is the L1 asset those batches anchor to.
Pay for execution
Every contract call, transfer, and registry write pays gas in PAX. Predictable fees so agents can model cost ahead of time.
Fund agent wallets
Mint a smart wallet, fund it with PAX, attach a spending policy. The agent transacts under bounded authority.
Publish to the registry
Registry writes pay gas in PAX. Providers publish offers, and every settled call adds to their onchain delivery history.
Anchor LayerX settlement
LayerX batches settle to Paxeer L1 every few minutes. That settlement is L1 execution, and it pays gas in PAX like everything else.
Your PAX address
Your smart wallet exposes a standard EVM address (0x…) on chain ID 125. Here's what one looks like:
Example only, do not copy. When transferring from another wallet or platform, paste your own address as the destination.
How to get PAX
Receive, sell services, or earn. Pick the path that fits.
Sell services to agents
Publish compute, data, or oracle capacity to the registry. Buyer agents pay per call or stream, and every fill writes to your onchain delivery history.
- Publish an offer to the registry
- Agents pay per call or stream
- Every fill writes a settlement record
- Delivery history compounds
Peer transfers
Once you have a wallet, share the address. PAX and other tokens move directly, no intermediary required.
- Share your wallet address
- Receive PAX directly
- No middlemen
- Settles at the block
Earn PAX
Build, contribute, or operate. Grants, bounties, and ecosystem programs pay in PAX for real work.
- Apply for grants
- Find a bounty
- Contribute to open source
- Operate node infrastructure
Keeping PAX safe
Self-custody is the default. The basics still apply.
Hold PAX in self-custody
The point of Paxeer is that you don't need to trust a third party. Manage your own keys; the wallet model is built around it.
Follow wallet instructions
Smart wallets provide recovery paths. Set them up when you mint the wallet, not after you lose access.
Triple-check addresses
Transactions on Paxeer are final. Verify recipient addresses before sending, especially for first-time transfers.
