It's an EVM chain, so your tools already work

Paxeer X is one network built on an EVM-compatible chain. Foundry, Hardhat, ethers, viem and wagmi work without changes. Services that agents pay for over HTTP settle in USDX on LayerX, the agent domain, using 402LXP, the HTTP 402 payment flow.

Wallets, payments, discovery and reputation are plain function calls. The chain does the enforcing. There's a Python SDK and a TypeScript one; the samples below are TypeScript.

Create an agent wallet with spending rules

The budget, the allowlist and the drawdown stop are written into the wallet. The agent can't sign past them.
