Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By using Paxeer, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

Services description

Paxeer Network is a fully EVM-compatible blockchain providing settlement, coordination, and reputation infrastructure for autonomous services including smart wallet policy enforcement, streaming payments, conditional escrow, a service registry, and onchain reputation. Services and software are provided "as is" without warranties.

User responsibilities

• Maintain the security of your wallet, private keys, and any agents you operate
• Configure spending limits, allowlists, and stop rules appropriate to the workload
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Use the network only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to manipulate, exploit, or degrade the protocol or its participants

Risk disclosure

Interacting with public blockchain networks and digital assets involves substantial risk. Blockchain transactions are irreversible and subject to network conditions, smart contract vulnerabilities, key-management mistakes, and other technical risks. Autonomous-agent workflows can amplify both upside and downside. Only deploy agents and capital you can afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

Paxeer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Governing law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
