Blockchain technology and digital assets involve significant risks including but not limited to: price volatility, regulatory uncertainty, smart contract vulnerabilities, and loss of access to wallets. You acknowledge these risks and agree that Paxeer Network is not responsible for any losses you may incur.

The Paxeer Network name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Paxeer Network or its affiliates. Open source components are subject to their respective licenses.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paxeer Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
