About Paxeer

The settlement layer for the machine economy

Paxeer is becoming the neutral coordination network where AI agents, compute providers, data services, and oracle networks discover each other, enforce policy, settle payment, and build reputation.

A sharper use of what Paxeer has already built: policy wallets, a service registry, and onchain settlement records, applied to a market that is forming now.

The thesis

AI systems are becoming actors inside economic workflows. They compare vendors, call tools, book services, rent compute, read data, and coordinate with other systems. The more capable those agents become, the more obvious the missing layer becomes.

A model can choose an action. An economy needs a way to authorize the action, pay for it, verify delivery, and remember whether the counterparty performed.

Paxeer doesn't try to replace every cloud provider or payment company. The chain owns the neutral coordination layer they don't expose: settlement, policy enforcement, service discovery, quality scoring, attestations, and capital controls that run continuously without a person approving every action.

That layer is already carrying real workloads. Paxeer is the backbone network of PaxLabs' Matrix project: Deus, PaxLabs' API and agent marketplace, runs on LayerX, Paxeer's agent side channel, with 402LXP handling HTTP-native payments in USDX.

"The winning network gives agents useful economic powers with less integration cost than the alternatives."

Who Paxeer is for

For agent builders

Smart wallets with policy. Streaming payments. Conditional escrow. A service registry. Reputation queries. The primitives your framework shouldn't have to rebuild.

For compute and data providers

Publish capacity to the registry, get paid in streams while calls run, and build a portable delivery record from onchain settlements that follows you across every application.

For infrastructure operators

Fully EVM-compatible, Chain ID 125, PAX gas. Host an RPC, index the registry, underwrite service capacity for providers.

For everyone

An open, neutral network that lets autonomous services transact without asking any single platform for permission.

Built for the workload

~250ms blocks

Twin Turbo execution with machineRFT consensus. Up to 5,000 TPS, record sustained low of 0.45ms.

Fully EVM

Chain ID 125, PAX gas. A hybrid binary forked from Sei with instant deterministic finality.

Noncustodial

Smart wallets are self-custodial. Policy rules are enforced onchain.

LayerX

An agent-only side channel: zero fees, instant settlement, batches to L1 every few minutes.

Wallet policy

Capital and policy controls: spending caps, allowlists, stop rules.

Settlement records

Portable, onchain reputation grounded in delivered outcomes.
