- LayerX batches settle to Paxeer L1 every few minutes

Marketplace: Deus and 402LXP on LayerX
- Deus, PaxLabs' marketplace for APIs and agents, live on LayerX
- 402LXP live: the HTTP 402 payment flow on LayerX
- USDX settlement for agent-to-service payments on LayerX
- Paxeer running as the settlement layer under Matrix and Deus

Scale: growing the agent economy
