Statements an auditor can verify without calling you
Every line carries its own signed proof; every account shows who owns it.
Export a statement for any account, agent or period. Each transaction in it is backed by a receipt the network signed, so the file stands on its own long after the month closes.
Month-end reconciliation usually means matching a bank export against an invoice folder and a spreadsheet of who approved what. On Paxeer X the statement already contains the proof. Each line carries a receipt signed by the network, the owner behind the agent that spent, and the reference it paid against. Your auditor can verify every line with a script and no access to your systems.
What a statement holds
| Each line shows | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| The transaction and its outcome | Failed attempts are recorded too, so nothing is unexplained |
| A receipt signed by the network | Verifiable offline, years later, by anyone with the published key |
| The agent and the owner behind it | Attribution without a lookup table |
| The payment reference | Match an invoice to its payment, exactly once |
| Proof of inclusion and finality | The transaction sits in a committed block; nobody has to take your word for it |
Quarter close at a fund
- 01
Export
The controller exports one statement per strategy agent for the quarter. Twelve files, a few thousand lines.
- 02
Verify
The auditor runs the bundled receipts through a verifier. Every signature checks against the network's published key, so the statements are accepted as primary evidence.
- 03
Attribute
Each line resolves to an agent and the partner who owns it. Questions about who authorized a trade are answered by the file.
- 04
Done
No requests for bank letters, no screenshots of a dashboard, no second week of close.
Public where it should be, private where it must be
PaxScan shows every account's balances, the identity bound to it and the network's signature on each transaction, so a counterparty can confirm a payment without asking you. Statement exports let you redact what the recipient does not need while keeping the proofs intact.
Evidence should not expire when a vendor contract does.
PaxScan is open source. Run your own copy if your compliance team wants evidence served from infrastructure you control.
